Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit small and lacking proper windows, were conveniently close to the courtyard and breakfast area. The location, while not very close to the plaza, provided easy access to historical sites and attractions. The dining experience, though filling, could improve with a wider selection of items. Overall, it was a decent stay considering the value for money.
Our stay at this hotel for the first stop on our honeymoon was truly delightful. The rooms were attractively decorated with special touches and impeccably clean. The service provided by the entire staff here was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. While the location is not as close to the plaza or paseo montejo, it still felt safe and was an amazing place for the money. The dining experience offered a different and great selection every day, set in a colonial building with a lovely patio where breakfast was served.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though not fancy, were spacious, spotless, and had comfortable beds with good A/C. However, they got really noisy being close to breakfast and check-in, so requesting a room on higher floors is advisable. The service was very efficient and the staff were super friendly, transferring us to a slightly more spacious room. The location, while not close to the plaza or Paseo Montejo, was generally calm and charming in a restored hacienda. The dining options were varied and filling, enjoyed with relaxing music on the patio. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
